This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed! if you're looking for a nice clean comfortable room, this hotel is a good option, great family environment, very friendly staff. The beds...very comfy and good clean smell of sheets & pillows, we never heard noises from other people; we loved the security in the parking areas. The kids enjoyed the arcade and pool specially that water slide...it was hard to get them out of the pool. Also the location of the hotel is perfect, very close from all the shopping areas and theme parks. We are definitely coming back to Florida and stay in this hotel.

This was my family's 4th trip to Disney World and the first time we stayed at a non-Disney hotel. We were pleased with the value and once we became accostumed to the hotel bus system we found that we were able to move about almost as freely as we would have at a Disney property. I would recommend staying on Disney property if it's important for you to return to the hotel in the afternoon, but otherwise you can save a lot by staying at the Carib Royal. The pool was very nice and clean, the room was large and had two rooms that allowed our family of 4 room to spread out. Our only complaint would be that the maid service kept shorting us on towels and washclothes, but the front desk quickly sent them up when we called. Just didn't think it was cool to have to keep calling. I would not recommend the food in the hotel restaurant, over-priced and bad.

Just returned from a 8 day stay at Caribe Royale. Great resort and very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and common areas of the hotel. The furniture and flooring in the room were in very new condition and not at all worn out or tired looking and the beds very comfortable. other reviewers mentioned that the hotel just received a major renovation which is clearly evident but I never had any issues with the appearance even when I first stayed here 3 years ago. The staff I found were very friendly and accommodating. We only dined for Breakfast at the Tropicale Restaurant one morning, found the breakfast buffet ordinary and expensive for what you got at over $* per adult. Didnt try the other restaurant and the poolside bar/foodservice was closed for renovation during our entire stay, could only get drinks there. It was a great stay and we will be returning. Love that fact that there is no imposed daily resort fee or parking fee like most other resorts but too bad that they still charge for internet.
