All Walt Disney World Resort hotels are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking locations only.
Disney's Magical Express Service is another benefit to staying at an on-site Disney Resort hotel. Buses take guests from the Orlando International Airport to the Disney Resort hotel, while the bags are transported and taken straight to the hotel room. When the vacation is over, guests and the bags are transported from the Disney Resort hotel back to the airport. The Yacht Club Resort Quiet Pool will be closed April 14 though April 21, 2008. During this time, Guests may continue to enjoy Stormalong Bay and the Beach Club's Quiet Pool.
The Stormalong Bay Pool Slide will be closed May 5 through May 11, 2008. During this time only the water slide in the Albatross pirate ship at the Stormalong Bay Pool Complex will be closed; the pool will remain open. Guests may visit the Luna Park pool complex at Disney's BoardWalk Resort to take advantage of the nearby recreational experience.

Modeled after the old-fashioned seashore hotels of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Island, Disney's Yacht Club Resort is situated on Stormalong Bay and is approximately 21 miles from Orlando International Airport. Local attractions include Disney's Magic Kingdom® Theme Park and Disney-MGM Studios. Transportation to all Walt Disney World® Resort areas is available by ferry and bus.

Guests may begin their day with a workout at the resort's fitness center, which also features personal trainers, a whirlpool, a sauna, and massage therapies. Stormalong Bay features a white-sand beach, waterslides, and watercraft rentals, as well as specialty cruise excursions. Active guests will enjoy the resort's tennis court (equipment available), volleyball court, and jogging trail. Additional amenities include a video arcade, playground, kids' club, babysitting services, parking, laundry facilities and services, business center, and a beauty shop. Dining options include American cuisine at the Yacht Club Galley, and the Yachtsman Steakhouse.
