Person at the service desk was very snappy and rude. Don't go to Disneyworld in July! The park was overfull and half of South America's high school students were there at the parks for whatever reason. It took forever to ride the good rides because of the overcrowded parks. American Airlines did a great job for us.

We just returned from our trip. We really enjoyed our stay at POP CENTURY. The shuttle service to the Parks was very convenient. The room was extremely clean. Housekeeping was great about leaving us extra towels for the pool. There are three pools at POP, When we returned from the Parks late at night, we took many late night swims. We were not alone. The staff was very friendly. All our needs were met. Everything was taken care of so efficiently, it was scary! The food at the food court was decent. The prices weren't too bad, but maybe that's because we are from New York. My child loved this resort and can't wait to go again next year. We loved POP Century. We recommend purchasing the refillable cups at the food court. The rooms do not have refrigerators. You have to pay extra for that. There are no coffee makers, but there is a room safe (no charge).

This was the first trip to Disney World for my two girls (9 and 3), and we were staying on-site for over a week. I picked the Pop Century as it seemed to offer great value for the money. Based on our experience, it was an excellent choice. The staff friendliness and helpfulness was fantastic, and the room and property was very well maintained. Rooms were a bit on the small side, standard motel size, but nicely decorated. The double bed was just fine for the girls, but a bit tight and uncomfortable for my wife and I. Having no fridge and microwave in the room was a minor inconvenience, but not a deal-breaker for us. The room / resort was mainly for afternoon naps and crashing at the end of the day, and it served its purpose well. We ate a few meals at the quick serve restaurant at Pop. The food options were pretty good for fast food, and we always found something enjoyable. The pools are basic but nice; no slides. The property decor was fabulous; my youngest enjoyed climbing up and down the giant yo-yo stairs and seeing the huge characters/icons throughout the area. Pop is very kid and family-friendly, though a bit large and spread out. We did get a room close to the main area (preferred option). The wait for buses to and from Pop was good; we rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes. Keep in mind, the bus loading area at Pop is not covered and can get hot during the summer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Pop Century and would consider staying there again.

It was our first time ever going to Walt Disney World we flew from California. First off Im a major Disney buff love disney and was so excited to come to Orlando. This hotel was very beautiful rooms very clean and staff was quite friendly. However this hotel is one of Disneys biggest so be prepared to stand in a very long line for your commute to and from the parks. also response time from maintenance #40our toilet was clogged when we arrived#41 was very slow and luggage service as well #40it took about 5 hours to receive our bags#41. The eating options are pretty limited to fast food and there are no slides in the pools. also no microwaves in the rooms either. But if all this doesnt bother you and you just want the most affordable package and a nice clean room in a kid-friendly environment I would pick this hotel. Otherwise Id say try the other Disney hotels. Next time my family visits we are planning on staying in the Caribbean Beach Resort or the new Arts and Animation Resort when it opens.

Best part is transportation system. Can park car & leave driving to Disney. Worst part is parking lots are so far from room. Walking distance to room, carrying luggage is horrible. Would be nice if they even had luggage racks to carry it on, or porters you could pay to do this for you. Food was OK- fast food fare. Waffles in morning were pretty good. Ice cream station also good. Everything of course expensive. Room was nice but no amenities ( no micro, ref, coffeepot). We knew this and brought cooler and electric tea kettle- with coffee singles, etc. Our room had a problem which we should have reported-OK since no kids. The problem was shower faucet was loose & as showered it would ease itself back to scalding so we had to keep adjusting. Those with small kids would find this a problem. But as I said we didn't say anything. We would stay again.
