My first time staying at a Disney hotel and my first vacation to Disney World since I was a kid. Loved the location. Right next door to Epcot and a 10 min walk to Hollywood studios. When I checked in, I was treated to an upgraded room. I stayed in a nice 2 story cottage room looking out at the gardens and the quiet pool. Also, it came with concierge service which meant free food! The room had a small kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room and a master bedroom with a large master bath. The master bath had a giant whirpool tub and a TV! There was almost no one in the quiet pool so I spent hours in what felt like my own private pool. The hotel is currently being renovated but I didn't notice the noise much. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom were a short bus ride. The parks were pretty un-busy. I didn't have to wait in any lines for longer than 10 minutes. Most time there was no wait at all. This was the perfect time of year to go. The Boardwalk was great. I rented a bike and I rented a speed racer boat. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and the location. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Highly recommended.

The Boardwalk Inn is a large Disney property themed around the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Although the on-resort activities are limited, the conference facilities are excellent making it a better choice than most Disney properties for business travelers. Walking distance access to Epcot is a plus. Like all everything Disney it is relentlessly cheerful and spotlessly clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The Boardwalk is a good hotel, but I initially thought it was more than it is. Great location within walking distance to Epcot and an easy shuttle to other Disney parks. I was disappointed in the knowledge of the staff on dining options on the Boardwalk. It is not a full-service hotel, although it has the look and feel of one. Also, there are no dining options within the hotel; you have to go down to the Boardwalk. Not a long walk but finding a quick breakfast was more difficult than it needed to be. The staff had limited knowledge of which restaurants were open for breakfast. Overall it is a good value - but don't expect too much. Business Center was easy and the people were helpful. The Boardwalk itself is very cool with many options for dining and entertainment.
